Open Drafts to build an order manually, for example over phone or email.
Click Create order to start a draft.
Add product lets you search your catalogue.
Tick a product to add it to the order.
Add the selected products.
Add a shipping charge, since there's no customer address yet.
Set a flat shipping price.
Confirm the shipping charge.
Search for the customer this order is for.
Select them, or create a new customer here.
Save the draft. Nothing is charged yet.
Review the total before you invoice or charge the customer.
Send invoice emails the customer a secure checkout link.
Review invoice sends it. They pay through their own checkout.
