Open Transfers to move stock between your locations.

Open Transfers to move stock between your locations.

Click Create transfer to start moving stock.

Choose the location the stock is currently at.

This is where the stock is moving from.

Now choose where the stock is going to.

This is where the stock is moving to.

Search for what you are moving.

Tick a product to add it to the transfer.

Add the selected products to the transfer.

Set how many units you are moving.

Add a reference name so the transfer is easy to find later.

Reference numbers make transfers easy to search for later.

Add a note with any detail your team will need.

Notes are visible to anyone with access to transfers.

Click Save. The stock shows as in transit until you receive it.
