Open Segments to group customers for marketing or discounts.
Click Create segment.
Describe who belongs in plain English.
Shopify writes the matching query for you.
Shopify shows how many customers match before you save.
Click Save to name and store the segment.
Give the segment a name you'll recognise later.
Save. It's now reusable in discounts and marketing.
